On Sunday, Feb. 23, crews began nighttime work along University Avenue between 10th Avenue and Normal Street in Hillcrest. This work will take place Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. and is necessary for crews to safely prepare the work area for construction of the future
