Navajo Community Planners, Inc. set for March 13 elections

The election of representatives to the Navajo Community Planners, Inc. (NCPI) will be held on Wednesday, March 13 at Tifereth Israel Synagogue, 6660 Cowles Mountain Blvd between 6 and 7 p.m. in conjunction with the organization’s regular meeting.

Each of the Navajo Communities of Allied Gardens, San Carlos, Grantville, and Del Cerro hold four seats on the Board. Members are elected to two-year terms.

The seats up for election to begin terms on April 1, 2024 are:

Allied Gardens (two vacancies terms ending 3/31/2026)

Marilyn Reed

Jessica Soto

Martin Marcus

Kevin Sullivan

San Carlos (Two vacancies terms ending 3/31/2026, one ending 3/31/2025)

Danny Fitzgerald

Gary Whaley

Grantville (Two vacancies terms ending 3/31/2026, one ending 3/31/2025)

Cory LaShell

Del Cerro (two vacancies terms ending 3/31/2026)

John Hoy

Nate Stein

Ballots will be cast in-person, no means of virtual voting is provided. To cast a ballot at the time of voting you must show residency, property ownership, or business operation in the Navajo Community.

Results of the election will be made during the regularly scheduled meeting.
