MADCAPS benefit show to take flight at Point Loma Nazarene

The MADCAPS benefit show “Take Flight! on Madcaps Airlines” performances will take place on Friday, March 8 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, March 9 at 5 p.m. at Brown Chapel, Point Loma Nazarene University, 3900 Lomaland Drive. This show will also introduce the Class of 2030. Tickets are on sale at https://sdmadcaps.org/the-show/benefit-show.

The theme “Take Flight! on Madcaps Airlines” will take the audience on a first-class flight, jet-setting around the world and touching down in various international destinations. It will harken back to when airline travel was an event, plane cabins were filled with swanky flight crews and service was top-notch. While at each destination, the MADCAPS junior members will delight the audience with the music, dance, and costumes of those exotic locales.

The crew’s flight destinations, in order of appearance, will be Rio (Class of 2024), Mumbai (Class of 2029) Honolulu (Class of 2028), Paris (Class of 2027), London (Class of 2026), New York (Class of 2025), and Los Angeles (Madchaps 2024). After each class performs, the senior girls are escorted in gowns one by one, their name is read and their favorite MADCAPS memory is announced.
